How much is shipping?

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping, there is a flat fee of USD $20.00 per order.

Can I expedite my order?

Currently, we do not provide expedited order processing. However, you have the option to choose expedited shipping during the checkout process.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, we kindly request that you place separate orders for each delivery address.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do provide delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

For APO address deliveries, we utilize DHL or UPS for initial transportation, and the final delivery is handled by USPS through the military mail system. Please be aware that shipments to APO addresses may take up to an additional 45 days to reach their destination. After entering the military mail system, package tracking may cease to update for security reasons, and we may not have access to tracking information.

Do you provide order shipment notifications?

Absolutely! You will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Where can I find tracking information?

You will find tracking details in the email notification sent to you when your product is shipped.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

If you have not received your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the provided tracking information to see if the order was marked as delivered. In some cases, products may be delivered late by the carrier or incorrectly scanned as delivered.
  2. If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please allow a few more days, as it may still arrive.
  3. If your order is still missing, please contact us via email for assistance.

How do I apply a coupon code?

You can apply a coupon code in two ways:

  1. In your shopping cart, locate the coupon code section, which is positioned between your listed items and the checkout button. Enter your coupon code there.
  2. During the checkout process, as you enter your payment information, you will have the option to enter your coupon code. Be sure to click “Apply Coupon” before proceeding with payment.

How do I change my order?

For any changes to your order, please contact us via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered the production phase. Please email us at support@cxcars.com within 24 hours with your order details, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the printing process has commenced.

What’s the status of my order?

After a successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order enters the production phase. Once your order ships, a third email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

To access the most recent information regarding your order, please refer to the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.

If you do not receive status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab, as they may have been redirected there.
