Returns/Exchanges Accepted for the Following Reasons:

  1. Incorrect Product (Color, Size, Style): If you receive a product that doesn’t match your order in terms of color, size, or style, we’ll gladly accept your return or exchange.

  2. Product Damage: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. You can request a return or exchange for damaged products.

  3. Defective Product: If the product you received is found to be defective, we will work to ensure a prompt replacement or issue a refund.

Initiating a Return:

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please follow these steps within 30 days from the date you received your order:

  1. Initiate a Return: Send us an email at support@cxcars.com with photos and/or videos of the items, your order number, and the reasons for return. Our dedicated customer service team will evaluate your return request’s eligibility within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back: If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking information and requiring a signature, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns or exchanges.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return/exchange, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and proceed with providing a replacement for an exchange or issuing a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • For Defective Items:
    You won’t be responsible for the return shipping cost if the item is defective.
    (Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label.)
  • For Non-Defective Items:
    If the item is not defective and you’d like to return it, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note:
We want to emphasize that we do not charge consumers a restocking fee for returning a product.

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email to confirm once your return has been processed.
