Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Timeframe:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored. For prompt assistance, kindly contact us at support@cxcars.com.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please get in touch with us via email at support@cxcars.com. Please note that we cannot accommodate order cancellations beyond the 24-hour window.

Refunds After Shipment:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Here are the scenarios under which we may provide a refund after an item has been shipped:

  1. Shipping Time Exceeded: If your package has not been delivered within 45 days (US, CA, EU, AU) or 60 days (other countries) from the date it was declared as shipped, we offer a full refund.

  2. Package Delivered to the Incorrect Address: In cases where the package was delivered to a location different from the intended recipient’s address, we will either issue a full refund or re-ship a new package.

  3. Returned Due to Invalid Address: If the package is returned because of an invalid address provided by the recipient, we offer partial refunds or re-ship the returned packages.

  4. Returned Despite a Valid Address: If the package is returned to the sender, but the address provided was valid and correct, we are happy to re-ship the returned packages.

  5. Package Lost in Mail: If the postal service provides notice that the package was lost in the mail, we will provide a full refund or re-ship a new package.

Handling Order Processing Delays:

In the rare event that an order exceeds the stated processing time by more than 3 business days, we will compensate you with a 10%-30% refund. This may occur during sales seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances.

Refund Amount:

For returned items, a full refund will be issued for defective products. Non-defective items will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost. Please refer to our specific return and exchange procedures outlined in the return policy for more details.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within this timeframe, please review your bank account and reach out to your bank or credit card company if needed.
